This started him on a journey of self-discovery and mind mastery. One that had him train as a clinical hypnotist to better understand his habits and addictions; learning how to interact with his unconscious mind and make permanent changes on the deepest levels.
Shamanic and metaphoric experiences helped him reconnect with the sacred parts of his true self, develop daily rituals to honour those parts, and new ways of communication with the divine we find in all things.
